The Rx Product Development Analyst - Senior will collaborate across the organization to design, develop, test, and implement a workflow system to support continued growth in the retail pharmacy setting, specifically Multi-Dose Packaging (MDP). In addition, you will define and develop benchmarks to measure program success and execution.

To be effective in this role, you need the following skills:

- Ability to think strategically and with a customer-centric point of view
- Organized thought process to develop creative solutions to business challenges
- Experience with the development, testing and execution of workflow processes
- Demonstrate strong business insight and mature decision-making processes

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Support the team and provide insight to help deliver better care for patients with complex medication regimens
- Identify and develop action plans to address areas of opportunity across the overall program for both the front end and back end operations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the MDP program and its operations

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional work experience required. Retail pharmacy or healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of professional work experience
Experience coming specifically from operational process innovation, retail pharmacy, strategic problem solving, or new product development strongly preferred.

High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
