Job Description

The purpose of this job is to provide first level technical support to all Pilot Flying J (PFJ) fueling locations and restaurants. This includes responding to store inquiries, analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems, monitoring system alerts, and providing any additional assistance necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
·         Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
·         Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
·         Problem solving skills
·         Attention to detail
·         Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
·         Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
