Job Description

The purpose of this role is to nurture existing guests, attract new guests and increase guest engagement, with a focus on utilizing the myRewards platform at Pilot Flying J.


Essential Functions

  • Identify, find, communicate with, and convert potential myRewards loyalty participants
  • Recognize potential guest segments to target and develop personalized campaigns to achieve positive behavior change and increase loyalty members’ lifetime value
  • Manage the myRewards mobile offers platform within the myPilot app
  • Evaluate loyalty program effectiveness including financial implications and viability
  • Conduct program analytics and reporting
  • Direct loyalty program research including competitive bench marking; manage third-party vendors that conduct research and administer surveys
  • Attend and provide support at company attended trade shows to engage, communicate with, and learn from guests
  • Conduct ongoing loyalty program training for Guest Services, Sales, and Operations team members
  • Assist in the implementation of Sales-driven loyalty programs and provide support as required to ensure proper execution
  • Facilitate and ensure collaboration between the Loyalty, Marketing and Business Intelligence groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail loyalty, affinity program design, and management preferred
  • Minimum Understanding of loyalty programs and the scope of potential influence on human behavior
