Summary: The Lead Frontend Web Developer will code and modify websites, from layout to function based on the business requirements and specifications. The Web Developer will create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. Collaborates with Product Designers and QA analysts in support of the software development life cycle. You will be part of a Scrum team functioning in an international, multicultural, and agile environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Actively participate in incremental delivery of software, working with all team members and Product Owner(s) to deliver the best value to the business and our customers
• Lead by example, mentor, and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers
• Participate in the planning, analysis, creation and design of websites
• Build high-performance, scalable websites and APIs
• Consult with Product Manager and key stakeholders to understand technical needs, analyze solution options and make a recommendation based upon your knowledge and experience
• Create clean, maintainable, and tested code with supporting documentation and automated unit tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA analysts, and potentially external partners to develop, test, and deploy websites
• Provide third level support as needed to maintain production websites
• Monitor industry trends and advocate for website development best-practices
• Maintain compliance with all legislative/statutory obligations and company policies (PCI, ADA, and PII, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 7 years of documented experience (with portfolio) in the following:
o Vuejs 2.0 or equivalent
o Node.js (Express)
o CSS3
o Bootstrap ¾
o SaSS
o JS + jQuery
o Browser Debugging Tools (Dev Tools usage)
o Reactive Web Design
o Content Management and Templating Systems
o Source Code Version Control (Git)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Language Ability:
Must have good reading, writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability:
Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
